Fair or below standard

The Hotel located far from the mosque in Madina it’s about 20 or more minutes walk for a single young person it’s ok but for family and elderly person its terrible I will not recommend this hotel for people who are visiting prophets mosque

The facilities have been reduced the property ran down fast looks like its not getting proper maintenance

It’s ok but it’s far from Haram and it’s walk 20 minutes not 10 minutes as they Sayed and no internet inside the rooms , only at reception you can get wi fi .

Staff was good, first they gave me Un-cleaned room which was in really bad condition as shown in pics but after complaining they changed my room

This hotel is situated in the real heart of Al Madinah. I like the hotel location, room was also clean and size was good enough. “Easy check in and out. Not Very close to Haram. Comfortable beds. ”

Very poor experience. Will not recommend to anyone. Not even a 3 star place

Nothing can be liked about this hotel

Smelly rooms. Far from haram. 20 min walk almost. The shower drainage was blocked. Did nothing to resolve issues. Had to argue with reception to get daily free water bottles

The rooms are neat and clean. Not so close to haram but it is surrounded by few good restaurants which was a big help for us.

They maintained the hotel in good way!

They maintained the hotel in good way!! Many Arabic Indian and Pakistani hotels are near by and also supermarkets !!

As usual , receptionist was not professional!! No remote control for ac , we used to shut main fuse to control the temperature inside room. We receive fail promise to get remote in 10 minutes!!
